Those who wish to be successful in their career must not only be competent, but must also be perceived as such. To strengthen this capability, seecon offers the seminar: “Self Marketing – Me and My Competencies as a Woman/as a Man”. The aim of this seminar is to strengthen self-esteem while taking into account gender specific aspects. These aspects are incorporated because gender has a central significance in the impression a person makes on others around them. The seminar conveys, in a practical and individually applicable way, how to strengthen oneself, apply communication models, find one’s own “feel good situation”, and how to open up one’s options utilising a knowledge of gender related stereotypes.
