Astrid Frischknecht Senior Partner

M.A., management and organisational consultant; supervisor and coach (BSO); graduate economist; specialist for equality between women and men in the workplace as recognised by the Swiss Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE). The former bookseller undertook further education in business studies and worked in various management roles. She initiated and managed national projects, coordinated referendum campaigns, involved herself in professional associations and was also active as a journalist. For more than 10 years Astrid Frischknecht has been a consultant for change management and a coach for managers, teams, project directors and individuals undergoing personal change. She has long standing experience as an in-house consultant in a major multilingual corporation, and a project director/manager in an international environment. She develops and runs tailor-made seminars, and lectures at colleges and universities domestically and internationally. Her areas of focus are personal development, public space, goal oriented participatory processes, leadership in complex systems and social change. She is a member of seecon’s executive board. In her spare time she writes texts and poems, paints and enjoys the beautiful encounters of life.
