Quality management in the health sector

Within the framework of an organisational development process, seecon collaborated with a rural medical practice to formulate and implement professional development training on team building and quality improvement. In a participatory process, a course of action was agreed upon that would guide the future development of the medical practice and the core team over a time period of five years. Through the strengthening of a robust culture with value based policies and a shared self image, success and a high quality of patient care were secured for the long term.
