Organisational development for a SME

The aim of this consultation process was to develop a strategy for the business’s success. Questions of strategic and operational management, as well as the distribution of roles and competencies between the board of directors and management, were also reviewed and redefined. Together with the participants, seecon compiled a picture of the business that formed the basis for further development. Critical points were identified and innovative solutions suggested as a result. In this way, reforms and alterations in the organisation became possible, cooperation between the board of directors and management was improved and the agreed development measures were successfully implemented.
