Bernhard Schwaller Senior Partner

Bernhard Schwaller is an economist and was an assistant lecturer at the Institute of Public Finance and Fiscal Law at the University of St. Gallen. After being a project manager and controller for more than 15 years in the finance and management sectors of the public administration, he is now working as a lecturer and project manager at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Business school. He has been a senior partner of seecon since 2008. Since 2011 he is a member of the board of directors of a regional bank. Whenever possible, Bernhard Schwaller applies a sustainability approach in his project work. His main competences are the areas of strategy and business development, controlling, financial management of enterprises, development of business and financial plans, public management, service level agreements as well as costs and activity accounting. With many years of experience in leadership in the public administration he provides consulting for different administration bodies concerning the implementation of global budgets, service agreements or the design of financial controlling measures.
